The Mangosole: Return & Exchange Policy

At The Mangosole, we strive for excellence in every pair. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

You have 03 days from the date of delivery to claim an exchange if:

  • The product received is damaged, stained, defective, wrong, or incomplete.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, with all labels and protective stickers intact.

  • The product received does not match the size originally ordered.

Important Note: In the event that you receive an opened or unsealed box/packaging, please inform our team immediately to avoid any future claims.


2. Non-Exchangeable Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards, the following items cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • Sale/Discounted Items: These are ONLY eligible for exchange if the product received does not match what you ordered.

  • Color Variations: Due to differences in monitor screens and studio lighting, the exact color or texture may vary slightly from the screen. Products cannot be exchanged for this reason.


3. No Refund Policy

The Mangosole does not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.

  • In cases where we are unable to provide an exchange or a suitable solution, we may offer a Store Credit/Voucher (E-currency). This credit is only applicable for Online Purchases.

  • If a customer refuses to accept the parcel at the time of delivery, a refund will not be entertained. Instead, Store Credit (usable on the website ONLY) will be issued once the refused parcel is received back at our warehouse.

  • The minimum period for processing store credit is 5-10 working days.


4. How to Apply for an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at: themangosoleofficial@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for the exchange.

  2. Provide Evidence: In case of a damaged or defective product, you must provide clear images or videos showcasing the issue within 03 days. This is mandatory for our investigation.

  3. Shipping: Once approved, you will be requested to send the parcel to our headquarters: Karachi North Nazimabad.

  4. Costs: Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the items to us.


5. Processing Time

  • We aim to process all exchange requests within 5-7 working days of receiving the return.

  • During peak seasons or sale periods, please allow up to 14 working days for processing.
